What you must tell us

On the day you join (even for a free trial) and each time you attend a session, you must:

  • Be in good physical condition
  • Know of no medical or other reason why you cannot or should not do active or passive exercise.

If choose to join a session when you are injured you must tell your trainer about your injury and any limitations that injury may carry. Your trainer will modify the session to accommodate your injury.

If you are injured during a session you must immediately notify your trainer.

Seeking expert advice

Our trainers are not medically trained. They are not qualified to assess if you are in good physical condition and can exercise without risking your health, safety or comfort. If you have any doubts, we strongly urge you to seek expert advice before starting an exercise program.

Refunds

We will refund unused session credits or partial fees if:

  • You can show us medical evidence that the program will cause you physical harm or injury
  • the law requires us to refund the fee.

Transfer of unused credits or sessions

We hate waste. So if you for any reason are no longer able to continue using your session credits or your membership please speak to our head trainer about transferring your membership to a friend or relative.
