Our 1 hour Group Training classes are held in our purpose built gym, The Hub, in Moorabbin every day of the week. Group Training classes combine HIIT workouts and strength and conditioning building for a total body workout.
On Wednesday mornings we drop the HITT elements of our workout and focus specifically on strength and conditioning.
If you have specific fitness goals in mind Personal training is a perfect way to achieve them. Work one on one with our Trainers at our place or yours to reach your goals faster.
Our 1 hour Bootcamp classes are run at Halliday Park in Mitcham several times a week. Designed for all fitness levels our sessions will give you a total body workout. No two sessions are the same, so you’ll never be bored.
Being social is a big part of who we are and we love Trailwalks with friends, both old and new. Trailwalkers meet every Sunday morning for a walk in the Dandenongs. Trailwalkers is 100% free and 100% social.
