Our 1 hour Group Training classes are held in our purpose built gym, The Hub, in Moorabbin every day of the week except Sunday. Group Training classes combine HIIT workouts and strength and conditioning building for a total body workout.

On Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings we drop the HIIT elements of our workout and focus specifically on strength and conditioning.


If you have specific fitness goals in mind Personal training is a perfect way to achieve them. Work one on one with our Trainers at our place or yours to reach your goals faster.


Our 1 hour Bootcamp classes are run at Halliday Park in Mitcham several times a week. Designed for all fitness levels our sessions will give you a total body workout. No two sessions are the same, so you’ll never be bored.


Sometimes getting to the gym or training can be hard. We run sessions online everyday except Sunday on our dedicated Facebook Live channel – join us live and interact with our trainer and other MFJ Crew members or you can watch the recording of the session when it suits you. Just like our in person sessions our online sessions combine the benefits of HIIT with strength and conditioning training. You don’t need any special equipment to join in either – just a workout mat and skipping rope.


Being social is a big part of who we are and we love Trailwalks with friends, both old and new. Trailwalkers meet on Sunday mornings from October to February for a walk in the Dandenongs – ideal training for Hut2Hut or Kokoda. Trailwalkers is 100% free and 100% social.
